Trust Administration

Trust Administration is the private transfer of assets to the beneficiaries listed in the trust and in the manner which is listed in the trust. 

Once you pass away, your named Successor Trustee will begin the trust administration process by working with a trusted attorney to determine what needs to be done to facilitate the transfer of your assets to your beneficiaries. 

Trust Administration includes collecting the assets that are in the trust, inform the beneficiaries of the trust, and distribute the trust's assets according to its terms.
