Megan is the founder of Fortitude Estate Planning. Her practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust litigation, beneficiary representation, probate, trust administration, and conservatorships. Megan is known for creating a comfortable and calm experience for her clients, whether they’re establishing a trust or dealing with the loss of a loved one.
She created Fortitude Estate Planning because she wanted to make a positive impact on her clients by creating a practice that begins with education. Megan is keen on educating her clients so that they truly understand their personal legal circumstance. Megan is passionate about serving her community. Because of Megan’s estate planning background, she offers a unique perspective to estate and trust litigation, and vice versa. She takes pride in fighting for her clients and approaches all areas of the law with determination and grit.
Megan is a licensed California Bar Association attorney and a graduate of Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law. Go Panthers! While in law school, Megan received the CALI award for her work in the Elder Law Clinic, which focused on estate planning, conservatorships, and guardianship nominations.
Megan is originally from Colorado and when she’s not hard at work, she is playing with her two dogs, Mocha and Mila, biking, surfing, paddle boarding, or exploring with her husband.

Kailene is a highly skilled legal assistant who has an outstanding attention to detail. Kailene cares deeply about serving others and recognizes the importance of being prepared in the event of an emergency.
When Kailene is not hard at work, she is playing with her two dashshunds, Xena and Wendy, or spending time at Disneyland.
