Meet Megan

Your Trusted Estate Planning Attorney

Megan is the founder of Fortitude Estate Planning, where she brings a calming presence and a deep commitment to client education to the often complex world of estate law. She guides her clients through a range of legal needs, including estate planning, trust creation and administration, probate, beneficiary representation, and even estate and trust litigation.

Megan believes that informed clients are empowered clients. She takes the time to explain legal concepts clearly and thoroughly, ensuring her clients understand their options and feel confident in their decisions. This dedication to education stems from her desire to make a truly positive impact on the lives of those she serves.

Her background in both estate planning and litigation gives Megan a unique perspective and allows her to approach each case with both compassion and tenacity. Whether you're planning for the future or navigating the complexities of estate administration, Megan will be a steadfast advocate in your corner.

When she's not championing her clients, Megan enjoys exploring all that Southern California has to offer. You'll often find her spending time with her husband and their two dogs, Mila and Winnie, biking, surfing, paddle boarding, or simply soaking up the sunshine. And these days, life is extra full with the arrival of her twin daughters in May 2024!
